Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To mobilize, empower and sustain a nationwide volunteer movement that delivers measurable social and environmental impact across every district of Bangladesh. We strive to build inclusive, resilient communities where every person can thrive.

Our Vision

A Bangladesh where no community is left behind — where clean rivers run through thriving green cities, where every child has access to education, and where citizens are empowered to be the architects of their own futures.

From 12 Friends to
4,800+ Changemakers

It started in 2025 with 12 university friends who decided to spend a Saturday cleaning up their neighbourhood in Dhaka. They gathered 40 strangers through social media, collected 3 tons of waste, and went home exhausted but joyful.

Word spread. The next month, 200 people showed up. Within a year, they had chapters in Chittagong, Sylhet and Rajshahi. They registered as a non-profit, launched their education programme, and planted their first 1,000 trees.

Today, Agrapathik (অগ্রপথিক — "Pioneer") is a nationally recognized volunteer network with 4,800+ active members, 52-district reach, and seven years of unbroken community service. The 12 friends still show up every Saturday.
